  • General administration work
  • Assist and support the administrative staff
  • Handle and organise office filing systems effectively
  • Operate the switchboard - taking messages or redirecting calls to the appropriate department
  • Maintain good customer relations
  • Must be able to work under pressure


  • A valid Grade 12 Certificate
  • A valid Code 8 or greater License
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English

Preference will be given to applicants with:

  • Previous experience with administrative duties
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Basic knowledge of Sage Pastel Accounting
