Transfer to Herotel

We would like to thank all our Valued LBM Fibre and Wi-Fi customers for their support over the last few years, but due to circumstances out of our control we  must move our Fibre and Wi-Fi customers over to Herotel. In doing so our customers will be in the advantageous position of Faster Fibre Internet speeds at Lower cost.

Please see the link below for the document you need to complete. This completed document as well as a certified ID Document must reach us no later than 15 June 2021.  Please ensure that you complete all the relevant sections in the document. Send completed documentation to or deliver to our Offices at 84 Kerk Street Lichtenburg.

Payments to LBM by debit order will be deducted at the end of May (and a few customers on 15 June) for June internet.  Eft and Cash Payments for June must still be made to LBM.  Customers (completed documentation received in time) will be transferred to Herotel, and new packages, on 1 July 2021.  Herotel will be the beneficiary of debit orders, Eft and cash payments from the end of June. Please note that if LBM have not received your completed documentation timeously that your service will be terminated 30 June 2021.

Very Important

  • Document must be completed and signed.
  • Package/ Service required must be clearly indicated.
  • The Declaration blocks must be ticked.
  • Copy of ID must be certified.
  • If the Applicant is a Business a copy of registration document must also be included.
  • Complete documentation needs to be returned to LBM by 15 June 2021.
